These are brilliant. They avoid the need to thoroughly clean the fire bowl after each use, as they prevent the oils and fats from burning on the sides of the bowl, simply wait for the Cobb to cool after cooking, and remove the liner and discard. If you are careful you can wash up the liner and re-use. Wouldn’t be without them as I use my Cobb all summer long.
