Delivery & Shipping

When your order is processed for delivery by courier, you will receive an email and a text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) alerting you that your order has been processed and is ready for collection by our courier DPD Local. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification by the same method with your estimated one-hour delivery time slot.

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles

Due to higher DPD Local shipping costs to these locations, alternative couriers maybe used depending on the order size and weight. However, there are no additional charges passed on to our customers in these locations. 

Orders under £80 and 1kg will be shipped by Royal Mail for £4.50 (as per standard UK mainland).

• Scottish Highlands: FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
• Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
• Isle of Wight: PO30-41
• Scilly Isles: TR21-25

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Mainland 

FREE delivery for orders £75 and over. The subsidised cost of £8 is applicable for orders under £75 when shipped via DPD Local.

Orders under £80 and 1kg can be shipped by Royal Mail for £4.50.

Northern Ireland, Channel Isles & Isle of Man. 

Delivery is £29.40 or £19.80 for orders £75 and over.

Orders under £80 and 1kg can be shipped by Royal Mail for £4.50.

Surcharge Postcodes

• Northern Ireland: BT
• Channel Isles: GY, JE
• Isle of Man: IM

Republic of Ireland

Delivery is £21.60 or £12 for orders £75 and over.

Orders under £80 and 1kg can be shipped by Royal Mail for £12.96.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before noon Monday to Friday for a UK delivery will (under normal circumstances) go out on a next working day delivery. Except for the following:

• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Silly Isles: 2-4 working days
• Scottish Islands: 2-5 working days

Although we aim to get all orders shipped as the above schedule it is not a guaranteed service. If delivery of your order is critical please contact us by phone or email after ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
